Thank you for partnering with icCaribbean. To ensure a seamless and world-class experience for our travelers, all registered guides are required to adhere to the following professional standards and operational policies:

1. Professional Excellence & Communication

  • Professional Attire: All guides must maintain a professional dress code suitable for tour operations at all times.
  • Effective Communication: High-quality verbal communication skills are essential to provide an engaging and informative experience for our guests.

2. Financial & Booking Terms

  • Standard Referral Fee: A 10% referral fee applies to all bookings, unless a different rate has been specifically negotiated and documented.
  • Booking Lead Time: All tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow for proper coordination and preparation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund Window: Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time.

4. Mandatory Documentation (Compliance)

To maintain our platform’s safety standards, the following documents must be uploaded to your profile:

  • Active Insurance: Valid tour/liability insurance coverage.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A current and active license for the vehicle being used.
  • Vehicle Verification: High-quality photos of the vehicle used for transportation to ensure it meets our quality standards.
