Overview
This hike-and-swim adventure leads you through lush rain forest to Eastern Caribbeans tallest waterfall, Middleham Falls, with about 45 minutes of trail walking to reach it. After enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool below the fall, you continue to Ti’tou Gorge for another swim through the canyon. Your guide will share info about the local history, geology, and ecology along the way. Its a mix of challenging trail, cool water, and tropical scenery that makes for a memorable half-day outdoors.
